Maggie Sullivan was born in Rockland County, New York in 1992 and moved to Yorktown Heights, NY in 1993. In high school art classes she focused on metalsmithing leading to a passion for jewelry as a career. Maggie studied Jewelry Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) graduating with honors in 2013. To gain more experience in jewelry fabrication she moved to Savannah, GA to study jewelry at the Savannah College of Art and Design in the fall of 2013. While she continued her studies Maggie took leadership roles as a Student Ambassador and Orientation Assistant. She works collaboratively with other students as President of SCAD United Students Forum.
Maggie's jewelry is created from a range of materials from sterling silver and 3D printed plastics. Her design aesthetic is intricate with elaborate openwork with reflective finishes highlighted by stone setting. She strives to create beautiful work that is meaningful to the client/customer/wearer.
